How to add a secondary email

Any collaboration invites that go to secondary email addresses (or Email Aliases) will get funneled into your primary Box account. Other users will only see your primary email address and all notifications from Box will continue to be sent to your primary address.

  1. From your profile menu, click Account Settings.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, click Add Email.
  3. Enter your other email and click  Save.

  4. Open your mail and then the email from Box. Click the button to Verify Email.
  5. You’ll receive confirmation the email was added.
    Click the button to Continue to Your Account where you’ll see the linked email.
